BSc Biochemistry with professional placement year from Newcastle University.

Originally from York and loves all things sporty and outdoors. Completed a Biochemistry degree at Newcastle University which included a 12month industrial placement working on gene therapy studies at Allergan (Liverpool). Now works in the retina team at Newcells producing the retinal organoids for commercial and development projects.
