- planned maintenance carried out during normal business hours; and
- unscheduled maintenance.

This obligation shall not apply to any non-availability which is caused by use of the Site contrary to our instructions. If the Site is not available, we shall use reasonable commercial endeavours to correct or procure the correction of such non-availability and this shall be your sole and exclusive remedy for any non-availability of the Site.
