The Kidney as a Therapeutic Target: Targeting Therapeutics to the Proximal Tubule

More specifically he discusses phosphate transport, Urate transport, transport of large molecules and oligonucleotides as well as amino-acid transport.

Dr Brown also explain why the model is ideal to understand renal drug handling and drug-drug interactions (DDI) in the kidney and how it can be used to identify renal target engagement and evaluate target efficacy.
