Victoria joined Mercia in January 2024 as Portfolio Director within the VCT team. She is based in the London office.
Victoria graduated from Heriot-Watt University with a degree in International Business with Languages before moving into Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley and then Private Equity with Apax Partners. She has since held senior operational roles across various industries, including that of CFO within several PE-backed businesses.
Prior to joining Mercia, Victoria was a Portfolio Director at ScaleUp Capital in London
