Richard has over 20 years’ experience working within the sector. Richard started his life science career in Technical Support in the UK, supporting customers around the world to optimise their biological or chemical synthesis production processes, from drug discovery to full scale production. He then transitioned to management where he led Scientific, Engineering and Quality teams before moving into Business Management in the USA, integrating acquired business units and managing multiple manufacturing sites. Having held Senior Manufacturing and Quality roles at Thermofisher and Parker Hannifin respectively, Richard is driven to remove waste and maximise value for both shareholders and customers alike.
