A predictive in vitro primary proximal tubule platform for derisking of antibiotic-induced kidney injury

Our innovative solution consists of highly differentiated assays using primary renal proximal tubule cells (PTCs) derived from key animal species to measure drug transport and drug induced kidney injury to predict nephrotoxicity for human clinical trials.
In this poster, we showcase data relating to in vitro safety testing of antibiotics demonstrating the use of our platform as a powerful tool to prevent antibiotics induced kidney injury.
